- To provide political contribution, a person must be eighteen years or older, a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, and contributing from personal funds.
- A maximum of $1,000 can be contributed per taxpayer per year.
- MN tax law requires donations of over $200 are accompanied with listed occupation of donor.
