My name is Bjorn Olson, and I am running for the MN House of Representatives, District 23A.
I am a Father, a Farmer, a Teacher, a Soldier, and Mayor, and I will use my multifaceted experience to our advantage in St. Paul.
These past years have been difficult in rural Minnesota, both within our communities and across the countryside. As a farmer, I personally have felt the financial struggles my fellow farmers are experiencing, and as Mayor of Elmore, I have dealt with the small town issues that plague our communities. I see the economic realities my neighbors and friends are dealing with on a daily basis.
It would be my honor to follow in the footsteps of Representative Gunther and carry the torch that he has so faithfully carried these many years. I feel confident in my, and our, ability to bring hope and success to our community that will carry through to the next generation.
I will bring an urgency to my role advocating for your interests, as you are not simply constituents but family, friends, and my people. District 23A is my home! Through all of my experiences, I know I can bring strong leadership and representation to our district and continue what Rep. Gunther started. If you give me your vote, I will work tirelessly for our home and community as your next MN State Representative.
